LOS GATOS Calif., January 11, 2023 –Harmonie Park Development is pleased to announce that it has agreed to terms with MB Partners for lease of an entire 7,100 square-foot building at The Junction. MB Partners is spearheaded by world-renowned chef David Kinch, award-winning baker Avery Ruzicka and entrepreneur Andrew Burnham.
Previously, terms were reached on the Town of Los Gatos’ second Manresa Bread store, named by Food & Wine as one of the “best bakeries in America,” among many other accolades. In addition, over the past year, Harmonie Park and MB Partners have worked closely together to expand the company’s space at The Junction to include a Mentone restaurant, a fun twist on French Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, and a new concept that is still being developed. MB Partners opened its first Mentone in Aptos in the summer of 2020. Since opening, it has also received accolades, including a feature in the Michelin Guide to California.
“The Junction offers the vibe we seek as we selectively grow our brand,” said Ruzicka. “We look forward to expanding our service to the residents of Los Gatos and beyond in this exciting new location that will showcase authentic, independent purveyors who are similarly dedicated to quality and experience.”
As The Junction takes shape on the north side of Los Gatos, it will feature specialty retail that will offer neighbors, friends, and families a place to gather, unwind and recharge. The 66,0000 sf center will feature approximately 20,000 square feet of food and beverage options designed to cater to a wide variety of palates.
