A New Opportunity in High Rise Projects

New technology allows safer and more efficient construction.

One of our goals at Harmonie Park is to be on the cutting edge of new design and construction processes. That’s why we have teamed with LIFTbuild, a subsidiary of 100-year-old general contracting company, Barton Malow. LIFTbuild’s manufacturing approach of building high rises from the top down creates up to 30% schedule improvement and a potential for 20% cost savings.

Using its sophisticated web-based algorithm that finds optimized design solutions based on a customer’s goals, a typical conceptual design process that would normally take three to six weeks can be accomplished in a mere three to six hours. LIFTbuild recently completed its proof-of-concept building in Detroit where it proved it can build safer, faster and more affordably.


Harmonie Park is excited to begin sourcing projects immediately, with more to come. As an incentive, we can structure participation in projects. There are no limits on geography, and currently projects are being considered in Vancouver BC, Detroit, and Northern California. Typically, the building should be 12 stories or more, and can be multifamily (for-sale or rental), hospitality or office.
