Harmonie Park Development is thrilled to announce a major milestone in its collaboration with the community of Santa Clara. In November 2024, the Santa Clara City Council granted unanimous approval for Mission Point—a transformative 48.6-acre, mixed-use community designed with flexibility and inclusivity at its core. This landmark decision included the approval of the environmental review, General Plan amendment, rezoning, Vesting Tentative Map, and Development Agreement.
Mission Point: A Community-Centric Development
Mission Point is set to become a vibrant, dynamic neighborhood that balances residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The project allows for the development of up to 2,600 homes, with 15% dedicated to deeper affordability levels, ensuring a diverse and inclusive community. Flexible build-out plans ensure adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the Santa Clara community.

This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible support and engagement of the Santa Clara community. We are deeply grateful to the many residents and local stakeholders who championed this vision, including organizations like SV@Home, Catalyze SV, Housing Action Coalition, Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition, Mission College, Santa Clara Schools Foundation, YIMBY Action, and more.
