A New Opportunity in High Rise Projects

New technology allows safer and more efficient construction.

LOS GATOS Calif., April 26, 2024

One of our goals at Harmonie Park is to be on the cutting edge of new design processes. That’s why we have teamed with Barton Malow Holdings, whose primary business for the past 100 years has been general contracting business, on an innovative way they have developed to construct high-rise buildings. With LIFTBuild, they build the tower from the top down, which has resulted in a 30% schedule improvement and a potential 20% cost savings.

Using its sophisticated web-based algorithm that finds optimized design solutions based on a customer’s goals, a typical conceptual design process that would normally take three to six weeks can be accomplished in a mere three to six hours. Barton Malow recently deployed this technology in a proof-of-concept building in Detroit where they proved they can build safer, faster and more affordably.

Harmonie Partners is excited to begin sourcing projects immediately, with more to come. As an incentive, Barton Malow can be a joint venture partner on projects. There are no limits on geography, and currently projects are being considered in Vancouver BC, Detroit, and Northern California. Typically, the building should be 16 stories or more, and can be multifamily (for-sale or rental), hospitality or office.

We would be happy to schedule a presentation/introduction for you to meet the leadership group at Barton Malow/LIFTBuild if you — or someone you know — are interested.
