LOS GATOS Calif., October 4, 2022 – Harmonie Park Development is pleased to announce the launch of a new entity, Harmonie Advisory Partners. Spearheaded by Marcia Jensen, Harmonie Advisory Partners is focused on helping public and nonprofit sector clients navigate the complex real estate development, policy, and land use environment.
Jensen is a two-time elected Town Councilmember and the 2019-2020 Mayor of Los Gatos, with degrees in law and urban planning. She parlays her extensive civic, legal and land use planning background into crafting solutions that enhance communities. Over the years she has been a collaborative contributor/leader of many successful urban planning, housing, transportation, and economic recovery initiatives.
Harmonie Park, now along with Harmonie Advisory Partners, offers more than 75 years of collective experience in land planning, development, analysis, and policy expertise. As a complement to Harmonie Park’s private development practice, Harmonie Advisory Partners will offer services for clients who are looking for effective solutions to reach community land use goals, re-use existing assets, and design policies that achieve both visionary and civic goals with the aim of providing clients with services supported by extensive research to effectively guide decisions-making.
Jensen will lead a dedicated team with expertise in a variety of disciplines including economic, market, policy analysis, project evaluation, reuse and re-positioning. “We hope to provide productive solutions by helping clients understand the benefits of how good policy leverages the entrepreneurship of the private sector, while always keeping the community well-being in mind,” said Jensen. “I think our unique set of skills differentiates us from other public advisory firms.”
